Kendall Jenner has just purchased this $8.55 million Beverly Hills house, according to Trulia, and we can already picture it as the next It Girl hangout. The 6,625-square-foot Spanish-style home is located in Mulholland Estates, a gated community with its own security, where stars like Christina Aguilera and DJ Khaled have lived.

The safety amenities were likely selling points for the model, who had experiences with a burglary and a stalker at her previous residence. The gates on the property also reportedly keep the paparazzi out, so Jenner can enjoy her home undisturbed. In addition to the privacy features, there are also five bedrooms, six baths, a fountain, movie theater, swimming pool, spa, fire pit, a tennis court, and a playground (which will be handy for entertaining Jenner’s nieces and nephews).

Before it came under Jenner’s possession, the house once belonged to Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, and Detroit Piston’s owner Tom Gores before them. We’re sure Jenner will turn the space into a Cool Girl’s haven once she moves in. Check out the model’s new pad below.
