According to Mr. Phuong, the cassava plant was grown by his family for more than three years on a field in Ngo May ward. Because the cassava plant grows on the edge of the border, it is neglected and not harvested. Therefore, the tree is grown naturally, without care or fertilizer.

To dig up the dust, Mr. Phuong hired 3 people to dig for nearly 2 hours. Through testing, the cassava plant has about 20 individual bulbs, the longest tuber is about 1.3m, weighing nearly 10kg. When weighing, the total weight of the tubers weighs 60kg, if you add the broken tubers, the weight is up to nearly 70kg.

Mr. Phuong said this was the biggest noodle the family had ever seen in their life. The dust is now kept by the family. As for the stem, the family plans to take it as a seed for the next crop.
