He’s not one to shy away from flaunting his muscular physique on social media.

And on Tuesday, Chris Hemsworth gave fans a glimpse at how he maintains his incredible frame as he worked out with ‘the world’s laziest trainer’.

The 37-year-old superstar shared footage to Instagram of him doing a weighted sled push-and-pull while his personal trainer, Luke Zocchi, sat on it.

‘Cheers to the worlds laziest trainer @zocobodypro for a fun session @centrfit,’ he captioned the post with the hashtag, Thor: Love and Thunder.

In the video, Luke can be heard encouraging the father-of-three, who is currently filming the upcoming Marvel blockbuster. 

‘I want to go back. I want to go back. Send me back,’ he chants as the Hollywood heavyweight pushes him on the sled.

Chris can be seen completing the exercise twice, before stopping and exclaiming: ‘So easy!’.

Chris’ gruelling workout follows his Thor: Love and Thunder body double Bobby Holland Hanton revealing he was struggling to keep up with the actor because he’s the ‘biggest Thor he’s ever been’.

Speaking on Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa on February 8, the 34-year-old stuntman said: ‘Everyone is like, “wow look at the size and him” – but I text him like, “thanks very much dude, you’ve just made this even harder!”
