The commercial featured Chris, US actor Danny McBride and Hugh Jackman, in a mock movie trailer for a ‘reboot’ of the Crocodile Dundee franchise.

The Thor star, who is now based in Byron Bay on the New South Wales coast of Australia, has reportedly influenced the property sphere.

Realestate.com.au’s January 2019 Property Outlook report stated that more and more people are considering a move to Northern New South Wales since the A-list actor and his family became locals in the area.

Pulling data from 80 million property searches, the Richmond-Byron Bay area came in at top spot for the highest price growth of any NSW area over the last quarter.
