AMAZING TINY HOME COMMUNITY
This gorgeous tiny home is located in one of the Tennessee First Tiny Home communities. The house was sold for $350,000 on 16.06.2022. Located 45 minutes from Chattanooga and just 1.5 hours from Nashville, the home is also located at 11 Acorn Cove, Tracy City.
There is a magnificent lake at the location of the house. There are numerous hiking trails, communal swimming pools and playgrounds nearby. There is also a fire pit where you can have a pleasant conversation with your loved ones.
The house looks pretty great from the outside. A different appearance is given with the corrugated coating on the exterior. The front porch area of the house is quite large. It must be enjoyable to watch the scenery from the sitting chair here. There is also a barbecue and dining table in the patio area.
When we enter the interior of the 400 square meter house, a magnificent design welcomes us. White color is preferred on the walls, furniture and ceiling, adding a feeling of spaciousness to the house.
