Two-year-olds Abigail, Mckayla, Grace, Emily  from Alberta, Canada, were born naturally, with a 1 in 15 chance. The likelihood of having quadruplets without assistance is one in 729,000, while identical siblings are more likely.In June, Bethani, 22, and Tiм WeƄ̄, 23, exchanged vows. Like many other couples, they began considering having children.

They were thrilled to learn of their pregnancy in September. The couple were surprised to learn Bethani was pregnant with four children at their first ultrasound. Bethani said, “I couldn’t believe it, I was in such . Honestly, I thought the ultrasound tech was joking.” Bethani said she saw the ultrasound technicians pointing at two screen areas. Thus, she believed she would have twins. According to her, she counted the items on the screen, starting with one, then two, then three.

I thought, “OK, stop at three.” She said, “Three is enough,” and counted out the fourth. It was then that I completely collapsed. I experienced some ⴘᴀɴɪᴄ ᴀᴛᴛᴀᴄᴋs.” Bethani and Tiм did not have multiple children in their families, but they did use ēᴇʀᴛɪʟɪᴛʏ in their marriages. The doctors said it’s normal. It is rare and does not occur frequently.

Around the world, there were approximately 3,500 sets of quadruplets in 2007. One hospital nurse said it happened once in 67 times. Bethani had a C-section on May 6 at 33 weeks pregnant.
