JUSTIN BIEBER reveals mystery about his health after SCANDAL crisis leaves fans speculating about his unstable condition… See more

“We don’t owe anyone anything,” Bieber wrote in an all-caps Instagram Stories post after he sparked worry among fans

Justin Bieber recently shared an uplifting message on social media, offering words of encouragement amid ongoing speculation about his well-being.

On Saturday, March 8, the Grammy-winning artist, now 31, posted a reflective statement to his Instagram Stories. The message, written in all capital letters and set against a plain white background, carried a tone of peace and gratitude.

“We have nothing to prove today,” he began, accompanying the post with Stevie Wonder’s 1976 classic, Sir Duke. “Just the gift of life today to accept and receive. Nothing is owed to us, and we don’t owe anyone anything. ♥️”

Justin’s message comes at a time when fans have been expressing concerns about his health. Conversations surrounding his well-being began in February after some noticed changes in his appearance and behavior, which led to speculation. As rumors spread, some began questioning whether the singer was facing personal challenges.

However, a representative close to Justin and his wife, Hailey Baldwin Bieber, quickly addressed the situation. In a statement first reported by TMZ on February 23, the source dismissed the speculation, emphasizing that the narrative surrounding Justin’s health was inaccurate. They explained that the past year had been a period of significant personal and professional transformation for the singer, including the decision to step away from certain friendships and business partnerships that no longer aligned with his values.

The statement further reassured fans that Justin has been focusing on his well-being, personal growth, and creative pursuits. His primary attention, the source shared, has been on supporting his wife, Hailey, now 28, and their son, Jack Blues, whom they welcomed in August. They also addressed the false rumors, stating that such speculation can be both tiring and unhelpful.

When reached for additional comment, Justin’s team chose not to elaborate further, allowing the singer’s own words and actions to speak for themselves.

This isn’t the first time Justin has used social media to share his thoughts on personal growth and life’s challenges. In a post from February 20, the singer reflected on change and self-acceptance. His message, again formatted with capital letters and set to music—in this case, a John Mayer cover of Free Fallin’—explored the idea of transformation.

“It’s time to grow up! Changing is about letting go, not trying harder,” he wrote. “Are you tired of trying to follow all of the rules in hopes of getting the results you want?”

Justin went on to express how he has found love and faith to be more meaningful than external expectations. “I tried to follow the rules. I’m not good at it. But you don’t need to follow rules to live a life full of love—you just receive,” he shared.

He continued by emphasizing that personal growth is a journey of trust rather than effort. “So, enter love living! God always grants us love! It’s one of His promises!”

“Upon receiving God’s love, you start to change and start following love. You don’t work to mature! You let go to mature!” Justin added. “Today, I’m letting go and remembering the weight isn’t on me to change. The weight is on God. So I give all my insecurities and fears to Him this morning because I know He gladly takes them. Asking Jesus to genuinely help me with simply the next step today.”

As Justin celebrated his 31st birthday on March 1, he did so in a way that reflected his current priorities. According to a source close to him, the milestone was marked with a “fun, relaxing getaway” at a ranch in Idaho, where he was joined by Hailey, baby Jack, and close friends.

The same insider shared with PEOPLE that Justin is in a positive place as he embraces this new chapter of his life. “He’s doing well and not feeling any pressure,” they said.

“Justin has a few priorities that he focuses on every day—Hailey, baby Jack, and new music. This is his life now, and he loves it,” the source added. “He’s working at his own pace and spending as much time with his family as he can.”
