Taylor Swift dons tiny shorts for gym session… as her label confirms she won’t release an album in October

Taylor Swift headed to her second home, the gym, for a Wednesday morning exercise session in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.

The 5ft10in 26-year-old showcased her mile-long legs in tiny black shorts, a matching strappy sports bra, and a grey hoodie.

The preppy pop diva – who relies on stylist Joseph Cassell Falconer – finished off her athleisure wear with creamsicle-colored trainers and classic black Ray-Bans.

Swift – who boasts a $250M fortune – styled her wavy flaxen bob in a partial updo and kept her alabaster complexion make-up free.

After working out, the 10-time Grammy winner emerged from the building shielding herself from the New York rain with a trusty umbrella.

That same morning, Big Machine CEO Scott Borchetta confirmed via Twitter that Taylor would not be releasing her sixth studio album in October.

‘Nope’ was Borchetta’s response when a fan asked if the This is what You Came For hitmaker would follow her typical record every two years pattern.

‘The only love worth being in is the love worth singing about,’ the boy-crazy crooner explained to Rolling Stone back in 2013.

‘And kind of mad love. I think that, for me, when you experience something that’s worth writing a song about, chances are it’s the same kind of intense feeling that someone else has felt.’

Swift isn’t scheduled to perform again until October 22 when she headlines the Formula 1 US Grand Prix in Austin.
